In my work I find that I often talk about relationships: the original relationships that we had with our primary caregivers as well as our current relationships.
We all want to be seen and known.
But earlier messages received along the way have made it challenging to accept and share our real selves.
Often we get in our own way from receiving the love we want and don't even know we're doing it.
Because of our pasts we have unreasonable expectations of ourselves and our partners which leads to frustration, resentment and isolation.
Our joy, vitality and aliveness depends on the relationships we have. I am here to help you take stock in the relationship you have with yourself and those closest to you.
